YOGA IN LISBOA

Voilà Yoga is a nomad yoga & meditation studio. For now, it’s just me, Pauline. Welcome!  

I teach yoga & meditation in Lisbon: weekly group classes in-studio, private sessions in the comfort of home, at work in corporate offices, and also private classes online. Classes are taught in English or in French, and students of all levels are welcome. Wherever you are, we can practice together!

YOGA IS FOR EVERYBODY & EVERY BODY. 

Depending on your level and physical ability, I offer 3 different group classes every week, and you can also book a private class if you prefer personal guidance or if you’re working with a specific condition. PRENATAL & POSTNATAL

A prenatal & postnatal class, designed for expecting & new moms, to move, breathe and connect together. Each sequence is a gentle & relaxing flow specifically tailored to the pregnant and postpartum body.

Prepare your body for birth through stretching and breathing exercises, and reconnect with your body after baby is born. And bring baby to class with you (6 weeks to 6 months)!

Every Wednesday at 11h at Studio Organic Flow, in Campo de Ourique.

VINYASA FLOW

If you are looking for a movement class to deepen your mind/body connection, try a Vinyasa class. It’s dynamic: we link the breath to movement; it’s strengthening: expect some core, legs and arms work; and it’s also relaxing: we always end with restorative poses & meditation.

We go from one asana to the next through smart transitions, and we work on different poses every week. Each class is infused with a theme of yoga philosophy and you will also learn pranayama (breathing techniques). 

Every Wednesday at 8h45 at Studio Organic Flow, in Campo de Ourique.

HATHA YOGA

Yin-Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga in one practice: we combine restorative poses with more dynamic asanas. In Taoism, Yin and Yang describe the two relative qualities present in everything. Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward, and Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

In this class, we work on the deep connective tissues of the body when poses are held passively for a longer time. And we also work on strengthening muscles, building stamina and increasing flexibility when we link poses together.

The balance between active and passive asanas is carefully dosed so you get a full-body movement practice along with a deep stretching and relaxation. The perfect evening class to wind down at the end of the day !
