Helping Women Move Through Transitions
Between the ages of 30 and 50, women are almost constantly in a transitional state:
- Matrescence
- Motherhood
- Career changes
- Midlife
- Perimenopause
And sometimes on top of that, divorce, a geographical move, or elderly care.
Transitions are the messy middle. The space between the before, comfortable and predictable, and the after, the scary unknown.
It’s easy to get lost there. I certainly did, several times. I wish I had had someone to walk this path alongside me. To offer support, guidance and tools.
Which is why I create classes, events and transformational retreats specifically designed for women aged 30 to 50 moving through transitions, using Yoga as a somatic practice, Writing as a therapeutic tool and Community as a pillar.
BONJOUR!
My name is Pauline Bellocq, I am a writer and Yoga Alliance certified yoga & meditation instructor based in Lisbon.
After a first professional career in retail tech between New York and Los Angeles, I moved to Portugal with my family in 2023 and changed everything in pursuit of a slower, more soulful and more aligned lifestyle.
Whether through writing or teaching, my passion lies in connecting with women going through transitional phases of life.
From tech to wellness, from the US to Portugal, from disconnected to embodied...
