Happy 2025 !!
I hope you had (or are still having !) wonderful holidays. I hope you enjoyed some down time, some coziness and some delicious food. And I hope 2025 brings you everything you’re wishing for. I’m sending you love, joy and mindfulness for this new year !
What will you remember from this year ? Some of my 2024 highlights :
️🌟 the 5 yoga retreats I led for Namastrip,
🌟️ a growing community of students in Lisbon,
️🌟 the first corporate projects with Voilà Wellness,
️🌟 a new and beloved home with a view,
🌟️ kids growing up, motherhood becoming less demanding physically !
As we welcome a new year, now is a good time to set a few intentions for the months to come. Intentions are different from resolutions which usually feel like rigid goals, with deadlines and specific numbers to achieve. Intentions are giving us some direction, helping us clarify our why. Here’s what I’ll be focusing on this year: Community Engagement, i.e. what can I do for my community, and how can I tighten the bonds I’ve created in my new life, and Cultivating Abundance, i.e. how can I welcome more abundance into my life, more specifically in healthy relationships and financial freedom.

What intentions are you setting for this new year ? One or two may be plenty !
In line with this theme, later this month, my friend Elise and I will be organizing a Yoga & Vision board workshop in Lisbon. More details coming soon !
A FEW THINGS I ENJOYED LATELY
As a practice towards that intention of Abundance, I am revisiting Deepak Chopra’s 21-day meditation challenge. If you’re looking to shift from a scarcity mentality into an abundance mindset, this is a great resource.
For 10 to 15 minutes, you listen to a short audio about the theme of the day (Living gratefully, the laws of success, etc.), and then sit in meditation repeating a related mantra. Sometimes you also reflect on your own situation (20 persons who influenced your life greatly, 5 limiting beliefs, etc.).
It’s also a good way to start or resume a consistent meditation practice !
And a quote, why not: “Where intention goes, energy flows.” James Redfield.
Living with intention can become a lifestyle. Being intentional means making time and space for the people and things that matter the most and helps us get where we want to be or who we want to become. It helps us prioritize and decide how to best use our energy.
